Since 1992, ACI Monaco - The Financial Markets Association has been committed to promoting the founding values which it shares with its worldwide federation. It supports the development of social and business relationships for Monaco-based financial sector workers, and promotes training programmes, and the implementation of best practice for the profession. Through its actions, ACI contributes to the development of the banking and finance sectors in Monaco.
For its annual General Assembly, it invites members and guests to a conference focused on a topical theme. This year, on Wednesday 7 June, in the prestigious setting of the Automobile Club de Monaco, the topic will be technological developments in finance. “Fintech and Asset Management: Avatar or Terminator?” is the question which industry experts from a range of backgrounds will seek to answer.
Following this event, ACI Monaco aims to integrate the theme of Fintech companies into the 2017-2018 free training sessions* which will start up again from October 2017.
These free training programmes, led by finance sector professionals who are members of the Association, are open to all - professionals, students, and whoever else is looking to expand their understanding of the sector. The aim is to support and develop jobs in the finance sector, and to make them more sustainable in the long-term.
In addition to these courses, there are less formal opportunities to get together. These include activities such as golf tournaments, or a day at sea, and are all part of the ACI’s ambition to bring together financial sector players. Our monthly drinks among friends is an opportunity to celebrate the winners of our financial forecasts competition.
