The initiative dates back to 2007. Its partners - the Monaco Department of Employment, the Monegasque Financial Activities Association, and the Institut Bancaire de Formation (IBF) in Nice – created the first vocational sandwich course diploma specific to the Principality – a Bac+2 (baccalaureate + 2 years) equivalent. Nine out of a total of ten students have validated their course: they are led to follow the career path started by their predecessors, 80% of whom found their first job in Monaco. The evening of 18 September was also marked by the presence of a Chinese university delegation accompanied by Mr. Pu Guoquan, vice-chancellor of Tianfu University in the city of Chengdu.
