Group Executive Committee and Monaco Private Banking appointments

The Edmond de Rothschild Group announces the nomination of Hervé Ordioni as CEO of International Private Banking and member of the Group Executive Committee as of 1 July 2022. Previously CEO of Edmond de Rothschild Monaco, he will be based in Geneva.

Gérard Ohresser replaces him as head of the Group's Monaco subsidiary and becomes CEO of Edmond de Rothschild Monaco.

In his new role, Hervé Ordioni will oversee the Swiss, Monegasque, Dubai, Israeli and UK private banking activities as well as the Wealth Solutions, Wealth Planning and GFI businesses. His mandate will be to accelerate the commercial dynamic by continuing to develop an ever more innovative product and solution offering that is closer to the needs of our clients.

Hervé Ordioni will also become Chairman of the Board of Directors of Monaco. Gérard Ohresser will chair the Executive Committee of Edmond de Rothschild Monaco, while Michaël Mennella will replace him as Head of Private Banking in Monaco as of 1 July 2022. Gérard Ohresser will be responsible for driving business development and supporting teams in the transformation of the bank.
