The Monaco Financial Activities Association (A.M.A.F) held its annual general meeting on December 17

Mr FRANZI was reelected as Chairman. A new Vice President of Social Affairs, Dominique GUIGNARD - BPCA - was designated as two new Councillors, the CEO of Société Générale, Thierry GARDE and the Delegate Administrator of the Compagnie de Gestion Privée, Sergio BINDI, replacing Messrs. Paul-Marie JACQUES and Gianni ROMANO. These were thanked by the Chairman for their significant contribution to the work of the Association.

The new Office is therefore composed as follows for 2014:
