For the second consecutive year, the Russian Economic and Financial Forum will be held in the Principality on November 22, 2014 - in association with the Chamber of Economic Development (CDE) - in the presence of distinguished heads of institutions and major russian and monacan financial institutions, with the participation of Mr Jean Castellini, Government Counsellor for Finance and Economic Affairs, and Mrs Ekaterina Semenikhin, Russian Consul to Monaco.
