2017 11 campanaCumulating Caisse Nationale and Caisse Locale functions was the Monegasque feature chosen by Mr. Jean-Jacques Campana, Director of Caisses Sociales de Monaco, at our last interview: "It provides a good view of the problems at field level and enables fitting proposals to be made". Responsibility for the Caisses is enormous: 51,000 employees, 4,100 self-employed workers as well as 33,000 retirees and 23,000 eligible parties have to be managed. Developing the work resources and methods is thus essential.

After a varied career in the group, where he became Human Resources Manager, this "customer relations devotee" as he calls himself, came to Monaco as Manager of Crédit Agricole Monaco.

2016 09 anselmiA graduate in Fundamental Public Law from Nice University, Laurent Anselmi, currently Chief Legal Advisor to the Government, has had a long law career: Minister, Secretary General of the Chancellerie des Ordres Princiers au Palais and, in a more recreational register,  Vice-President of the FIA international tribunal in Paris and President of the Commission de la langue monégasque. This devotee explains his mission to us.

2016 05 Berro AmadeiH.E Mrs Isabelle Berro-Amadei  is an accomplished jurist. She served as a judge in Monaco, then in 2006 was elected to the European Court of Human Rights, where she was President of Section from 2012 to 2015. The first Monegasque judge to take the bench in Strasbourg in the name of Monaco, she is now the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco to Germany, Austria and Poland.

After one year performing his duties, he tells us about his responsibilities and challenges.

Pierre-Frank Crespi has been Secretary General of the banking trade union Syndicat des Employés Gradés et Cadres de Banque de Monaco (SEGCBM) for 12 years, and has 23 years of service in the Monegasque banking sector. Now a private banker at the Monaco branch of a French bank, he knows the industry to perfection, as well as the various problems related to financial activities in Monaco.

From 2011 to 2015, Gilles Tonelli held the post of Ambassador of Monaco to Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. During this period he was also a Head of Mission with the European Union – a certain asset for the new Minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.
