The CDE was created in 1999 under the aegis of H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince and with the backing of the Princely Government. So, on 18 September, Mr. Michel Dotta, its current President, celebrated the fifteenth anniversary of the association alongside Prince Albert II and in the presence of many government members including the Minister of State, H.E.
